We believe that environmental health and safety (EHS) and sustainability professionals and their departments have vast untapped potential. Redinger EHS empowers these professionals to drive organizational change by providing them with the tools and training they need to operate more efficiently and effectively. Our goal is to improve our clients’ competitive advantage through integrated EHS, sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Founded in 1991 by Charles Redinger, Redinger EHS offers EHS, sustainability and corporate responsibility consulting services, including assessment, systems development, training, and outsourcing. We tailor our integration plans and services to meet the individual needs of each organization.
Our approach emphasizes system-thinking and organizational learning principles and practices. In this era, cookie-cutter approaches to EHS, sustainability, and corporate responsibility are not sufficient. To develop sound strategy and sure-fire implementation, an understanding of the organization’s unique internal and external systems is needed. Yes, benchmarking data, regulatory requirements, industry norms need to provide input to sustainability and corporate responsibility strategy-development, but ultimately, it is key that these strategies are aligned with the organization’s overall strategy and mission.
